ABOUT THE JOURNAL
Interscience Management Review (IMR) is the official journal of Interscience Institute of Management and Technology came into force in the year 2010 under the patronage of IIMT team of dedicated faculty members. IMR is a noble initiative to encourage young researchers and academicians to portray their creative research output through a convenient and hassle free publishing platform. Since Research is becoming an indispensable component of educational institutions and insightful publications supplement the career needs of academicians, we are committed to enrich the research acumen of the academic fraternity in the discipline of management. In the recent years the publication has acquired a center stage attention in the performance assessment of teachers engaged in the university education system. The regulatory bodies such as UGC, AICTE others are also emphasizing on holistic development of faculties by strengthening their spirit of research. IMR is promptly reciprocating this objective through publication of original research articles, communicating the review comments/feedbacks to the authors and creating an open access portal for the authors.
The journal is currently functioning under the Chief Editorship of Prof.SrikantaPatnaik. Dr. SrikantaPatnaik is a Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Faculty of Engineering and Technology, SOA University, Bhubaneswar, India. He has received his Ph. D. (Engineering) on Computational Intelligence from Jadavpur University, India in 1999 and supervised 15 Ph. D. Theses and more than 50 Master theses in the area of Computational Intelligence, Soft Computing Applications and Re-Engineering. Dr. Patnaik has published around 100 research papers in international journals and conference proceedings. He is author of 2 text books and 15 edited volumes and few invited book chapters, published by leading international publisher like Springer-Verlag, Kluwer Academic, etc. Dr. Patnaik was the Principal Investigator of AICTE sponsored TAPTEC project "Building Cognition for Intelligent Robot" and UGC sponsored Major Research Project "Machine Learning and Perception using Cognition Methods". He is the Editors-in-Chief of International Journal of Information and Communication Technology and International Journal of Computational Vision and Robotics published from Inderscience Publishing House, England and also Editors-in-chief of Book Series on "Modeling and Optimization in Science and Technology" published from Springer, Germany. He is also Series Editor of the book series of "Automation, Control and Robotics" published from River Publication, Netherland.

SCHEDULE OF PUBLICATION
Interscience Management Review (IMR) adheres a quarterly publication of issues with an endeavor to include the latest developments in corporate sphere. Each issue of the Journal will accommodate 10 to 12 meritorious research articles after a stringent review process. The authors will be intimated about the status of review in each stage of the publication. The annual publication schedule of the journals is as follows:

As per the situation and other institutional/conference collaboration special issues can be published with the discretion of the Editor-in-Chief and Board members.

Authors are required to submit their papers before the deadline through email to: email@example.com
Authors are encouraged to submit the original manuscripts for consideration for review and publication. The authors should ensure that the article has not been submitted nor published elsewhere. Please submit the original manuscript in MS Word or PDF format. An undertaking signed by all the authors, (certifying originality of work and that the article has not been or will not be published elsewhere), must accompany the manuscript upon final submission.
All submissions to IMR should adhere the following standards:
- Maximum Page limit: 8 to 10 pages in A4 format
- Theme Front: Times New Roman
- Front Size: 12
- Line Spacing: 1.15
- Referencing Style: APA style
AUTHORS' COPYRIGHT FORM
Authors including the Co-Authors (Maximum 03) shall send the duly signed and scanned Copy Right Form after the receiving the final acceptance letter through email from the Journal Coordinator. The copy right from will be sent to the Authors after the review and selection process is over.
In order to augment the purpose and vision of the journal, the publishing house extends publication support to universities, institutions, corporate houses and other registered societies in their seminars/conferences/workshops. To encourage the researchers, the publishing house has resolved to pay a Sum of Rs. 2000/- (Two Thousands)to each author who qualifies to be placed the concerned issue of the journal.
Such amount will be paid to the Main/Corresponding Author.
BEST PAPER AWARD
In every issue a Best Paper Award will be declared by the Editor-in-Chief and all the best paper awardees will receive an award and appreciation Certificate from the publishing house (i.e. IIMT, Bhubaneswar)
