The International Conference on AI Enabled Information and Communication Technology (AIICT 2026) is being organized in view of the recent advancements in AI and its increasing integration into the domain of ICT. It aims to provide a global platform for researchers, industry professionals, and policymakers to share innovative ideas, cutting-edge research, and practical solutions in the field of AI infused ICT. This conference is dedicated for encouraging joint efforts across academia, industry, and government to address the opportunities and challenges presented by the digital age. A special focus is placed on the transformative role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and emerging technologies in advancing communication networks, smart systems, and digital society.
AIICT 2026 is committed on promoting the responsible, ethical, and inclusive advancement of technology, ensuring that innovation drives sustainable development and societal well-being are taken care especially across productive, commercial, and financial sectors. By this conference knowledge exchange and capacity building will aspire to inspire next-generation to tackle global issues, security, and intelligent systems in better manner.

Proceeding:All papers, whether invited or contributed, will undergo a double-blind review by at least two experts from the technical committees. Following a thorough evaluation process and presentation at the conference, all accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings by a reputable publisher.

Professor Janusz Kacprzyk is a distinguished Polish engineer and mathematician, renowned for his contributions to computational and artificial intelligence, particularly in fuzzy logic, decision making under uncertainty, and data analysis.

Professor Florin Popentiue Vlădicescu, was born on 17 September 1950, graduated in Electronicsand Telecommunications from University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest in 1974, holds a PhD in Reliability since 1981.

Prof. Dr. Kazumi Nakamatsu received the Ms. Eng. and Dr. Sci. from Shizuoka University and Kyushu University, Japan, respectively. He is a full Professor at School of Human Science and Environment, University of Hyogo, Japan.

Dr. Rutuparna Panda (Member IEEE, Fellow IETE) received his B.Sc. Engg. and M.Sc. Engg. in Electronics & Telecommunication from UCE Burla in 1985 and 1988, and Ph.D. from IIT Kharagpur in 1998.

Prof. Jayadev Kar holds a B.Sc. Engg. (Hons.) in Electronics & Telecommunication from UCE Burla (now VSSUT) and an M.Tech in Computer Science (Image Processing) along with a Ph.D. from Utkal University.

Dr. K. Sethi received his Ph.D. from Sambalpur University, Burla, Odisha, in 2014. He holds an M.E. degree in Communication System Engineering from BPUT, Rourkela (2005) and a B.Sc. (Engg) in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Sambalpur University, Burla (1983).

Dr. Bishwa Ranjan Das has completed MSc (Mathematics) and PGDCA from Sambalpur University in the year 1995-1997 and 1998 respectively. He has also completed MCA from IGNOU New Delhi in 2009 and subsequently ME (CSE) from Utkal University in 2012.

Mr. Hemanta Kumar Mohanta is working as Assistant Professor in department of MCA. He has completed B.Tech Computer Science from Seemanta Engineering College, Odisha and M.Tech Computer Science and Technology from GITAM University.

Prof. Pramod Kumar Prusty is the Dean of IIMT, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. A seasoned academician and administrator with over 40 years of experience, he has served as Head of the Department at Ravenshaw University, Cuttack.

Ms. Smita Ray is a dynamic HR professional and academician with over ten years of experience spanning HR operations, recruitment, training, and business development. She holds an MBA in HR and is currently pursuing a PhD in Human Resource Management.
