3rd International Conference on Intelligent Computing, Communication & Convergence (ICI3C-2023) being organized by Interscience Institute of Management & Technology (IIMT), Bhubaneswar, India and Hunan University of Economics and Finance, China during 16th and 17th December 2023. The aim of the conference is to provide the platform for Academicians, Researchers, Scientists, and Professionals to share their knowledge and expertise in the field of Intelligent Computing, Communication and Convergence. Authors are invited to submit previously unpublished original research papers and not under consideration for publication elsewhere. It has tree tracks as follows:

1. All submitted papers MUST be written in English.
2. Any submission must not have been, or will not be published elsewhere or submitted to another conference before the review notification date of this conference.
3. All submissions will be peer-reviewed based on originality, technical quality and presentation.
4. To complete the paper plan in advance and expand the scale of the meeting, ICI3C-2023 encourages you to recommend more manuscripts.
5. Article repetition rate cannot be higher than 15%, otherwise it will be rejected directly.
6. If you have a brilliant contribution in Information and Communication Technology area, and willing to serve as a TPC/Keynote Speaker, Please send your CV via email.

Dr. Srikanta Patnaik is a Professor in the Department of Information Technology & System Management, Interscience Institute of Management & Technology, Bhubaneswar, India.
Dr. Leonilde Varela is Assistant Professor at Department of Production and Systems, and an integrated member of the Algoritmi Research Centre, at University of Minho, Portugal
Dr.Pierangelo Rosati is Assistant Professor in Business Analytics at DCU Business School and a Co-Deputy Director of the Irish Institute of Digital Business (IIDB).
Taosheng Wang is a doctor, professor of Applied Economics (International Trade Direction), specialist of General Office of the State Council, director of Chinese Society of World Economy
Prof. Pramod Kumar Prusty is the Dean Academics of IIMT, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. He has received his Ph.D degree from Utkal University, Vani Vihar on Accounting and Finance based topic.
Prof Dr Jagamohan Pattanayak is a prolific writer, poet and accomplished researcher. He has 8 research publications in National & State journals.
