ISCSE-2025
About the Symposium
Computational Systems Engineering (CSE) is an interdisciplinary field that combines computational techniques, systems theory, and engineering principles to design, analyze, and optimize complex systems. It has emerged as a cornerstone of modern innovation, offering solutions to some of society's most pressing challenges. CSE integrates advanced methodologies, including mathematical modeling, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and big data analytics, to address problems in fields such as healthcare, energy, transportation, and urban development. Its ability to simulate, predict, and improve system performance makes it an indispensable tool in the pursuit of efficiency, sustainability, and technological advancement.
The futuristic approach of CSE lies in its capacity to revolutionize industries and improve the quality of life. In healthcare, for example, it enables the development of precision medicine through the analysis of vast datasets, helping to tailor treatments to individual patients. In transportation, CSE supports the creation of intelligent systems that optimize traffic flow, reduce emissions, and enhance safety, paving the way for autonomous vehicles and smart mobility solutions. Renewable energy systems also benefit from CSE by optimizing power grids and integrating diverse energy sources, contributing to a sustainable and resilient energy future. Furthermore, CSE plays a pivotal role in environmental conservation by modeling climate patterns, predicting natural disasters, and designing strategies for mitigation and adaptation.
The scope of CSE continues to expand as technology evolves. The integration of AI and ML into computational systems allows for adaptive and self-improving mechanisms that can address dynamic challenges. As societies increasingly rely on interconnected infrastructures such as smart cities and the Internet of Things (IoT), CSE will be instrumental in managing these networks efficiently and securely. By fostering collaboration among engineers, data scientists, and policymakers, CSE is positioned to shape a future that is sustainable, resilient, and innovative. Ultimately, Computational Systems Engineering is more than a discipline; it is a transformative force driving progress across all facets of society.
The objectives of ISCSE-2025 are to establish an international forum to report latest developments from interdisciplinary computational algorithms, intelligent information systems and computer applications. It aims to encourage those emerging theories, techniques and applications which help to understand complex behaviours and patterns of all engineering and social systems
