Short Bio-data:
Prof. Yen-Wei CHEN received his B.E. degree in 1985 from Kobe University, Kobe, Japan. He received his M.E. degree in 1987 and his D.E. degree in 1990, both from Osaka University, Osaka, Japan. From 1991 to 1994, he was a research fellow at the Institute of Laser Technology, Osaka. From October 1994 to March 2004, he was an associate Professor and a professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, University of the Ryukyus, Okinawa, Japan. He is currently a professor at the college of Information Science and Engineering, Ritsumeikan University, Japan. He is associate Editors for the International Journal of Image and Graphics (IJIG), and the International Journal of Knowledge-based and Intelligent Engineering Systems. His research focuses on computer vision, deep learning and medical image analysis. He has published more than 300 research papers in these fields.

Short Bio-data:
Dr. Yu-Chen Hu received his PhD. degree in Computer Science and Information Engineering from the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering, National Chung Cheng University, Taiwan. He was a distinguished professor at Providence University, Taiwan. He joined Thunghai University in Taiwan in Aug. 2023. Currently, Dr. Hu is a distinguished professor in the Department of Computer Science at Tunghai University. He is a senior member of IEEE. He is also a member of Computer Vision, Graphics, and Image Processing (CVGIP), Chinese Cryptology and Information Security Association (CCISA), Computer Science and Information Management (CSIM), and Phi Tau Phi Society of the Republic of China. He was among the World's Top 2% of Scientists for five consecutive years (2029 to 2023). He received the 2014 EURASIP Best Paper Award for the Signal Processing Journal and the 2023 Best Paper Award from the Journal of Visual Communication and Image Representation. He has joined the editorial boards of Advances in Multimedia, Algorithms, CMC-Computers, Materials & Continua, IET Image Processing, Intelligent Automation & Soft Computing, etc. His research interests include data compression, image processing, information hiding, information security, computer networks, deep learning, and bioinformatics.

Rahul Kumar Jain received his Ph.D degree from Ritsumeikan University, Shiga, Japan, in 2022. He has been an intern trainee at Tiwaki Co., Ltd., Japan since 2019. He is now working as senior researcher at the College of Information Science and Engineering, Ritsumeikan University, Japan. His research interests include computer vision, deep learning, and image processing as well as the applications of Artificial Intelligence in areas including engineering, science, computer science, healthcare and so on.

Short Bio-data:
Dr. Pranati Das is a distinguished Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Indira Gandhi Institute of Technology, Sarang, Dhenkanal, Odisha. She holds a Ph.D. in Electronics and Electrical Communication Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. Her areas of expertise include Signal Processing, Image Processing, Medical Image Processing and Analysis, as well as Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. With an extensive research background, Dr. Das has published 22 journal papers, 10 conference papers, and 2 book chapters. She has successfully guided multiple Ph.D. and M.Tech students and is actively involved in professional societies, including the Institution of Engineers (India) and ISTE.

Mrs. Soma Mitra brings a wealth of expertise to her role as Assistant Professor in Human Resource and Communication at IIMT, Bhubaneswar. Holding a Master’s in Business Administration with a focus on HR and Finance, along with an M.A in English from Utkal University, Odisha. With a career spanning Communicative English, Soft Skills, and Life Skills, Mrs. Mitra's professional journey is marked by significant contributions. As the Associate Dean of Corporate Relations at the Sponsored Research & Industrial Consultancy (SRIC) Cell of IIMT, she plays an important role in providing outreach research publications, particularly in STEM fields Her academic interests and contributions are extensive, particularly in the field of Behavioral Science. Mrs. Soma Mitra has made notable contributions to various areas including Effect of IoT in Recruitment and Selection, Social, Ethical & Legal aspect of RWA (Resident Welfare Association) Management, Metro Report: Building Urban Rail Infrastructure, and the emerging field of the Human Resource and Analytics. Her dedication to research is evident through her numerous publications in these domains. As an Assistant Professor in the department of Human Resource Management and Communication at IIMT, Bhubaneswar, Mrs. Soma Mitra continues to share her expertise and knowledge with students while furthering her research endeavors in the realm of Behavioral Science. With a keen interest in Communicative English, Soft Skills, and Human Resource Development, she continually seeks to enhance her professional skills through relevant courses, demonstrating her commitment to staying abreast of industry trends. Mrs. Mitra's leadership qualities, coupled with her dedication to excellence, position her as a valuable asset in both academic and professional spheres, where she persistently works towards achieving optimal outcomes.
