Professor Lakhmi C. Jain, PhD, Dr H.C., ME, BE(Hons), Fellow (Engineers Australia), is with the Liverpool Hope University and the University of Arad. He was formerly with the University of Technology Sydney, the University of Canberra and Bournemouth University. Professor Jain founded the KES International for providing a professional community the opportunities for publications, knowledge exchange, cooperation and teaming. Involving around 5,000 researchers drawn from universities and companies world-wide, KES facilitates international cooperation and generate synergy in teaching and research. KES regularly provides networking opportunities for professional community through one of the largest conferences of its kind in the area of KES.

Prof. Valentina E. Balas is currently Full Professor in the Department of Automatics and Applied Software at the Faculty of Engineering, “Aurel Vlaicu” University of Arad, Romania. She holds a Ph.D. in Applied Electronics and Telecommunications from Polytechnic University of Timisoara. Dr. Balas is author of more than 190 research papers in refereed journals and International Conferences. Her research interests are in Intelligent Systems, Fuzzy Control, Soft Computing, Smart Sensors, Information Fusion, Modeling and Simulation. She is the Editor-in Chief to International Journal of Advanced Intelligence Paradigms (IJAIP) and to International Journal of Computational Systems Engineering (IJCSysE), member in Editorial Board member of several national and international journals and is evaluator expert for national and international projects. She was the General Chair of the International Workshop Soft Computing and Applications 2005-2016 held in Romania and Hungary. Dr. Balas participated in many international conferences as Organizer, Session Chair, and member in International Program Committee. She is a member of EUSFLAT, ACM and a Senior Member IEEE, member in TC – Fuzzy Systems (IEEE CIS), member in TC - Emergent Technologies (IEEE CIS), member in TC – Soft Computing (IEEE SMCS). Dr. Balas was Vice-president (Awards) of IFSA International Fuzzy Systems Association Council (2013-2015) and is a Join Secretary of Joint Secretary of the Governing Council of Forum for Interdisciplinary Mathematics (FIM), - A Multidisciplinary Academic Body, India.

Prof. Srikanta Patnaik is Chairman of I.I.M.T., Bhubaneswar, India. He has received his Ph. D. (Engineering) on Computational Intelligence from Jadavpur University, India in 1999. He has supervised more than 30 Ph. D. Theses and 100 Master theses in the area of Computational Intelligence, Machine Learning, Soft Computing Applications and Re-Engineering. Dr. Patnaik has published around 100 research papers in international journals and conference proceedings. He is author of 2 text books and 55 edited volumes and few invited book chapters, published by leading international publisher like IEEE, Elsevier, Springer-Verlag, Kluwer Academic, etc. Dr. Srikanta Patnaik is the Editors-in-Chief of International Journal of Information and Communication Technology and International Journal of Computational Vision and Robotics published from Inderscience Publishing House, England and, Editor of Journal of Information and Communication Convergence Engineering and Associate Editor of Journal of Intelligent and Fuzzy Systems (JIFS), which are all Scopus Index journals. He is also Editors-in-Chief of Book Series on “Modeling and Optimization in Science and Technology” published from Springer, Germany and Advances in Computer and Electrical Engineering (ACEE) and Advances in Medical Technologies and Clinical Practice (AMTCP), published by IGI Global, USA. Prof. Jena has more than 15 years of Industry experience. He was consulting to Health Department, Govt. of Orissa for a period of 2 years. He is the author or co-author of over 50 publications and book chapters. His research interests are Information Security, Mobile Ad-Hoc Networks, and Network Security. He teaches Networking, Network and Information Security. His professional memberships include IEEE, ACM, ISTE, IACSIT, MIE (I), CSI, and OITS.

Prof. Pramod Kumar Prusty is the Dean Academics of IIMT, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. He has received his Ph.D degree from Utkal University, Vani Vihar on Accounting and Finance based topic. He has supervised five Ph.D Scholars. He is the Author of 35 Research Articles and 3 Test Books i.e., Management Accounting, Cost Accounting and also Advanced Cost and Management Accounting which are useful for CA , CMA and MBA Students. He has supervised more than 300 Projects in different Disciplines. Prof. Prusty has Chaired as Key Note Speaker in many Conferences within the Country. Mrs. Soma Mitra is a Registrar cum Assistant Professor in Human Resource and Communication at IIMT, Bhubaneswar, with a rich background in HR and finance, holding an MBA and an M.A. in English from Utkal University, Odisha. Her career spans significant contributions in Communicative English, Soft Skills, and Life Skills. As the Associate Dean of Corporate Relations at IIMT's SRIC Cell, she plays a crucial role in outreach research publications, especially in STEM fields. Mrs. Mitra has made notable contributions to Behavioral Science and topics such as IoT in recruitment, RWA management, urban rail infrastructure, and HR analytics. Her dedication to research and continuous professional development highlights her commitment to excellence and leadership in both academic and professional spheres.

Mr. Sunil Kumar Mishra is currently working as an Assistant Professor. He has more than two decades of teaching experience. He has completed his MCA from Odisha Computer Academy under Utkal University, Bhubaneswar and M.Tech in Computer Science from F.M. University, Balasore, Odisha. His areas of interest are IOT, Cloud Computing, DBMS. He has presented and published research articles in SCOPUS and UGC care-indexed journals. Dr. Francesco did his PhD in Social Sciences, specializing in economic sociology, ethical finance, and social economics. He is a full-time Professor of Regional Economy at the Catholic University of La Plata. Additionally, he also serve as the Director of the UNESCO Chair in "Economic Systems and Human Rights" at the National University of La Plata. He is also an Associate Researcher at the CESOT (Center for the Study of Sociology of Work) at the University of Buenos Aires. His primary focus lies in local development processes, particularly the construction of territorial identities that involve asserting rights (ontological reason) through associative forms of production and ethical finance tools. Throughout his career, he had published numerous books and scientific articles delving into concepts such as "Ethical social capital,""Economic socialization and democratization," "The principles of economic phenomenology," "Ontological reason of economy and demand for rights of economy," and "Meso-economic approach."Important Date
