Prof. (Dr.) Francesco Vigliarolo
Professor of Regional Economy at the Catholic University of La Plata UNESCO Chair in "Economic Systems and Human Rights" at the National University of La Plata, Associate Researcher at the CESOT (Center for the Study of Sociology of Work), University of Buenos Aires.

Short Bio-data

Dr. Francesco did his PhD in Social Sciences, specializing in economic sociology, ethical finance, and social economics. He is a full-time Professor of Regional Economy at the Catholic University of La Plata. Additionally, he also serve as the Director of the UNESCO Chair in "Economic Systems and Human Rights" at the National University of La Plata. He is also an Associate Researcher at the CESOT (Center for the Study of Sociology of Work) at the University of Buenos Aires. His primary focus lies in local development processes, particularly the construction of territorial identities that involve asserting rights (ontological reason) through associative forms of production and ethical finance tools. Throughout his career, he had published numerous books and scientific articles delving into concepts such as "Ethical social capital,""Economic socialization and democratization," "The principles of economic phenomenology," "Ontological reason of economy and demand for rights of economy," and "Meso-economic approach."

Dr. Florin Popențiu Vlădicescu is an Associate Professor in the Department of Control Engineering and Industrial Informatics at the University Politehnica of Bucharest and Co-Chairholder of the UNESCO Chair in Information Technologies at the University of Oradea. Recognized as a UNESCO Chairholder by City University London in 1998, he has served as a Visiting Professor at several renowned institutions, including Telecom Paris, ETH Zurich, Delft University of Technology, and the Technical University of Denmark. Dr. Popențiu Vlădicescu specializes in software reliability, having co-directed two NATO research projects and published over 100 research papers and five books. He is an EU Expert for Horizon 2020 and a Fellow of the Academy of Romanian Scientists. His academic contributions include keynote addresses at major international conferences and active involvement in global research initiatives on software reliability, governance, and higher education.

Dr. Rahul Kumar Jain received his BCA degree from Dr. H. S. Gour Central University, Sagar, India, and his MCA degree from RGPV University, Bhopal, India. He earned his PhD from Ritsumeikan University, Kusatsu, Japan, in 2022.During his doctoral studies, he worked as an intern at AI startup Tiwaki, Japan He is currently a postdoctoral researcher at Ritsumeikan University, Kusatsu, Japan. His research interests include computer vision, machine learning, object detection, and image processing.

Dr. Marco Valeri holds a PhD in Strategic Management and Organizational Behavior from "Tor Vergata" University, Italy. He is a Senior Lecturer in Knowledge Management and Corporate Social Responsibility at NCIUL, London, and Organizational Behavior at Niccolò Cusano University, Rome. Dr. Valeri is also a Visiting Professor at Taylor’s University, Malaysia, specializing in hospitality, tourism, and events. His expertise spans strategic management, leadership development, hotel and tourism management, cross-cultural management, and sustainability. His research focuses on competitive advantage, green practices, crisis management, destination marketing, and knowledge management. Dr. Valeri has been a visiting professor at prestigious universities across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, including institutions in Germany, France, Hungary, Greece, India, and Malaysia. He is an active member of editorial boards for leading tourism and hospitality journals and has contributed to several books and handbooks in the field. In 2021, he received the Outstanding Reviewer award from Emerald Literati Awards. Currently, he serves as Research Notes Editor for the Journal of Tourism, Heritage & Services Marketing and Series Book Editor on New Perspectives in Tourism and Hospitality Management (Emerald Publishing).

Prof. Srikanta Patnaik is Chairman of I.I.M.T., Bhubaneswar, India. He has received his Ph. D. (Engineering) on Computational Intelligence from Jadavpur University, India in 1999. He has supervised more than 30 Ph. D. Theses and 100 Master theses in the area of Computational Intelligence, Machine Learning, Soft Computing Applications and Re-Engineering. Dr. Patnaik has published around 100 research papers in international journals and conference proceedings. He is author of 2 text books and 55 edited volumes and few invited book chapters, published by leading international publisher like IEEE, Elsevier, Springer-Verlag, Kluwer Academic, etc. Dr. Srikanta Patnaik is the Editors-in-Chief of International Journal of Information and Communication Technology and International Journal of Computational Vision and Robotics published from Inderscience Publishing House, England and, Editor of Journal of Information and Communication Convergence Engineering and Associate Editor of Journal of Intelligent and Fuzzy Systems (JIFS), which are all Scopus Index journals. He is also Editors-in-Chief of Book Series on “Modeling and Optimization in Science and Technology” published from Springer, Germany and Advances in Computer and Electrical Engineering (ACEE) and Advances in Medical Technologies and Clinical Practice (AMTCP), published by IGI Global, USA. Dr. Bala Lakhendra

Dr. Bala Lakhendra is a Professor in the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication at Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Varanasi. He holds a Ph.D. and NET in Biotechnology (Patna University) and an M.A. in Mass Communication with specialization in TRF (BHU). Additionally, he has completed a Certificate Course in Community Radio from IGNOU. He has previously served as a Senior Assistant Professor at Tezpur Central University, Assam, and held notable roles such as Project Youth Coordinator for the National Service Scheme (NSS) and Senior Transmission Executive at All India Radio under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India. Dr. Lakhendra has extensive experience in youth and community engagement, including organizing literacy programs, health camps, blood donation drives, and environmental conservation initiatives. He has received numerous accolades, including the National Youth Award (1994) by the Prime Minister of India and the Swami Vivekanand Smriti Padak by the Governor of Bihar. A prolific academic, he has published over 20 research papers in international journals and authored a book on community radio. His research interests span development communication, youth empowerment, public relations, environmental journalism, and traditional media. Dr. Lakhendra has organized and participated in various workshops, seminars, and training programs at national and international levels, including the AMARC Asia Pacific Regional Conference, capacity-building workshops on community radio, and international seminars on renewable energy. He is also an active member of professional bodies such as the Community Radio Forum, Indian Institute of Public Administration, and the Indian Society for Gandhian Studies. His contributions to NSS have been recognized at various levels, and he has also played a pivotal role in organizing youth festivals, cultural programs, and leadership training camps. Dr. Bala Lakhendra continues to make significant contributions to academia and the community through his teaching, research, and outreach initiatives.

He is having 30 years of rich experience as Head of IT invariousreputedMNCs both in India & abroad. Professor Sarangi was Head of IT of Hindalco Industries, a Aditya Birla Group company located at Hirakud, Odisha for both its Smelter & Power plant and then relocated to Malaysia as Head of IT for its Palm Oil Edible Oil and Oleo Chemical division. Subsequently professor Sarangi moved to Singapore as Head of Business Information System of Palm Oil Business of RGE Pte Ltd Singapore. Professor Sarangi has vast experience mainly focused on IT Strategy, IT Project Management, IT Planning & Governance, IT Infrastructure Management, Business Transformation, Change Management, People Management, IT Policy & Security, Vendor Management, ERP implementation etc. He has undergone various training & seminars from reputed institute like NTU-Singapore, IIM-Kolkata, NITIE-Mumbai, Human Synergistic International- Bangalore,NityoInfotech-Singapore.Currently Professor Sarangi is continuing his PhD from Birla Global University (BGU), Bhubaneswar, and Odisha.
