AI & ML Week Celebration

As part of the AI & ML Week Celebration, a series of outreach activities will be organized to promote awareness, knowledge sharing, creativity, and active participation among students from different educational institutions. The outreach initiatives will provide a platform for students to showcase their innovative ideas, technical knowledge, communication skills, and practical understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

1. Recognition and Promotion of Prize Winners

The achievements of students securing prizes, awards, or special recognition in the various events conducted during AI & ML Week will be prominently highlighted in the official report and outreach materials. The following details of each winner will be documented:

• Name of the Student
• Name of the Institute/College
• Programme/Department
• Event/Competition Name
• Prize/Award Secured
• Photograph of the Student
• Photograph of the Award/Prize, wherever applicable

The photographs and achievement details of the winners will be uploaded/published through the appropriate institutional platforms, subject to the required permissions, to acknowledge their accomplishments and encourage wider student participation.

2. Student Talks and Knowledge-Sharing Sessions

As part of the outreach initiative, selected students will be provided an opportunity to deliver short talks/presentations on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, emerging technologies, applications, innovations, and related contemporary topics.

For every student talk included in the outreach programme/report, the following details will be documented:

• Title of the Talk
• Name of the Student Speaker
• Name of the Institute/College
• Department/Programme
• Brief Profile of the Student
• Abstract/Summary of the Talk
• Date of the Talk
• Photograph of the Student/Speaker
• YouTube Video Link of the Talk

The abstracts and speaker details will be incorporated into the event report to provide a concise record of the knowledge-sharing activities. Wherever the talks are recorded and uploaded, the corresponding YouTube links will be provided in the report for wider dissemination and future reference.

3. Digital Documentation and Dissemination

The AI & ML Week Celebration will maintain a comprehensive digital record of its outreach activities. The documentation will include winner profiles, student photographs, institute details, talk abstracts, event photographs, and video links. These materials will help showcase student achievements and facilitate the dissemination of innovative ideas and learning outcomes beyond the participating institutions.

4. Expected Outreach Impact

The outreach activities are intended to:

• Encourage students to actively participate in AI and ML-related academic and technical activities.
• Provide visibility to student achievements and innovative contributions.
