Professor Janusz Kacprzyk is a distinguished Polish engineer and mathematician, renowned for his contributions to computational and artificial intelligence, particularly in fuzzy logic, decision making under uncertainty, and data analysis. He serves as a professor at the Systems Research Institute of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Warsaw. Throughout his career, Professor Kacprzyk has authored over 680 publications, including approximately 150 papers in journals with impact factors, and has edited or co-edited around 175 volumes. His work has garnered significant recognition, with over 36,000 citations and an h-index of 81 on Google Scholar. He is a fellow of several professional societies, including IEEE, IET, IFSA, EurAI, IFIP, AAIA, and SMIA, and has received numerous awards, such as the IEEE Pioneer Award in Fuzzy Systems and the IFSA Award. Professor Kacprzyk's extensive contributions have significantly advanced the fields of computational intelligence and fuzzy systems.

Prof.(Dr.) Kanungo Barada Mohanty has obtained M. Tech. And ph. D. Degrees from indian institute of technology, kharagpur in electrical engineering. He is a professor of electrical engineering at national institute of technology, rourkela where he has served for 33 years. Dr mohanty is recipient of several awards which include global research excellence award, iei nmlc-fcrit excellence awards for academic excellence and research excellence, iete j. C. Bose memorial award, institution of engineers (india) certificates of merit and engineer sandeep mohapatra memorial award. He is a fellow of institution of engineers (india), fellow of iete and senior member of ieee. Prof mohanty was an academic visitor at loughborough university, loughborough, u.k. he has guided 14 ph. D. Students and presently guiding 10 research students. He has more than 70 journal publications and more than 130 conference papers presented all over the world. Dr mohanty was program chair of ieee international symposium isssc, 2020. He has chaired a technical session at the 15th international workshop on advanced motion control (ieee amc 2018), tokyo, japan and chaired four sessions at 2023 ieee ias global conference on renewable energy and hydrogen technologies, male city, maldives. He has chaired technical sessions at the 10th annual ieee international systems conference (syscon), orlando, usa and the international conference on renewable energy and power quality, las palmas de gran canaria, spain. He was principal investigator of two sponsored research and development projects. His research interests include vector control and direct torque control of induction machines, wind and solar power generation systems, applications of fuzzy control and sliding mode control. He was invited as visiting professor and a researcher mission to faculty of electrical and control engineering, gdansk university of technology, poland. He is listed in world’s top 2% most influential scientists by stanford university.


Dr. Subhransu Sekhar Dash,

Dr. Subhransu Sekhar Dash is currently working as a Principal in Government College of Engineering, Kalahandi. Previously worked as a Professor and Head of Electrical Engineering Department at Government College of Engineering, Keonjhar, Odisha from 2018 to 2024. Prior to this he was working as a Professor and HOD at SRM University, Chennai in EEE Department. He is having more than 28 years of teaching and research experience. He is specialized in electric power systems with interests in Optimization techniques, Smart Grid, Energy Management, Power system operation and Control, AI. He has guided 41 Ph.D. students and involved in consulting and research projects in India and published over 285 manuscripts in peer reviewed scopus indexed journals and international conferences. He has visited as a visiting professor at (i) Le Havre University, France 2019, (ii) UPEC, University paris, France 2023 and (iii) Francois Rabelais University, POLYTECH, Tours, France Also visited as a research scholar at University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee USA. Recently he has received Narayan memorial best Principal award among engineering colleges for the year 2024 from ISTE.He has worked as a Program Chair/ General Chair of many international conferences like CISPSSE,2020, ICRERA 2016,2017,2018, ICICA 204-2018, AIECES 2015-2019, and visited many counties like USA, UK, France, Spain, Singapore, Honk Kong for delivering guest lecture/ chairing session/ presenting research paper/conducting international workshop from 2009 to 2019. He is author of three books and published more than 30 chapters in springer series. He has obtained his PhD degree from Anna University, Chennai in year of 2006, Master degree from UCE, Burla Odisha in 1996 and he is a member of IEEE, Institution of Engineers (India) and life member of ISTE.

Dr. Smrutiranjan Nayak is an accomplished academician with over 15 years of experience in teaching, research, and administration in Electrical Engineering. He holds a Ph.D. in Power System Engineering from SOA (Deemed to be University), Odisha, India. His research interests include power system stability, renewable energy integration, and intelligent control systems. He has authored multiple research papers in reputed international journals indexed in Scopus and SCI. Dr. Nayak has also contributed to various book chapters and conferences, showcasing his expertise in power electronics and smart grid technologies. He is an active member of professional societies like ISTE, IE, and the Solar Energy Society of India. Additionally, he serves as a reviewer for leading journals and conferences.

Prof. Brayima Dakyo received Engineer Dipl. (1984) Doctor in Engineering (1987) degrees from Dakar University (Senegal), Doctoral degree (1988) and Habilitation (1997) from University of Le Havre (France). Professional position: He has joined the University of Le Havre as assistant professor (MdC) from 1989 to 1999, in the Faculty of Sciences and Technology. He was founder and Director of Electrical and Automatic research Laboratory (GREAH) 1999. From 2000 to now, he is full Professor of Electrical Engineering and Director of Electrical and Automatic Research Team of Le Havre (GREAH). (15 full professors and Assistant professors plus 20 Ph D students among whom 6 are averagely involved in renewable energies field) Professor Dakyo is the general advisor of the electrical engineering department Master degree and bachelor degree. Research: Professor Dakyo has published and co-authored more than 180 papers in scientific journals and conference proceedings since 1987. He has been the advisor of 20 Ph.D. and numerous M.Sc. students. Professor Dakyo current interests include power electronic, converter fed electrical machines, electrically powered systems, wind and solar energy systems, Multisource applications, diagnostic. Co-author of three books (power electronic, marine & wind energy, power management) He has been, with his team, “Best Paper” Awarded twice from conference EVER Monaco in 2011 and 2012. “Outstanding paper” Awarded from ICRERA conference Nagasaki in 2012. He performed 5 years R&D collaborative project with Thales Air System on innovative power supply for radar subsystems from 2007 to 2012 He has been Coordinator of the French R&D cluster for offshore win farm application located in Normandy from 2011 to 2015. He is participating to the project consortium “ITEG” - Integrating Tidal energy into the European Grid on the timeline 2017-2020.Member of European Power Electronic and Applications Association (EPE). Member of French Electrical Engineering Association (CLUB EEA). Member of IEEE society.

Dhananjaya Sarangi is a Professor of Computer Science and Applications of Interscience Institute of Management and Technology (IIMT), Bhubaneswar, Odisha since April 2019. He received his MCA degree from NIT, Rourkela in 1989. He is having 30 years of rich experience as Head of IT in various reputed MNCs both in India & abroad. Professor Sarangi was Head of IT of Hindalco Industries, Aditya Birla Group company located at Hirakud, Odisha for both its Smelter & Power plant and then relocated to Malaysia as Head of IT for its Palm Oil Edible Oil and Oleo Chemical division. Subsequently professor Sarangi moved to Singapore as Head of Business Information System of Palm Oil Business of RGE Pte Ltd Singapore. Professor Sarangi has vast experience mainly focused on IT Strategy, IT Project Management, IT Planning & Governance, IT Infrastructure Management, Business Transformation, Change Management, People Management, IT Policy & Security, Vendor Management, ERP implementation etc. He has undergone various training& seminars from reputed institute like NTU-Singapore, IIM-Kolkata, NITIE-Mumbai, Human Synergistic International- Bangalore, Nityo Infotech-Singapore. Currently Professor Sarangi is continuing his PhD from Birla Global University (BGU), Bhubaneswar, Odisha. With a career spanning Communicative English, Soft Skills, and Life Skills, Mrs. Mitra's professional journey is marked by significant contributions. As the Associate Dean of Corporate Relations at the Sponsored Research & Industrial Consultancy (SRIC) Cell of IIMT, she plays an important role in providing outreach research publications, particularly in STEM fields Her academic interests and contributions are extensive, particularly in the field of Behavioral Science.
