Prof. Rumen Mironov received his M.Sc and Ph.D in Telecommunications from Technical University of Sofia and MSc in Applied Mathematics and Informatics from Faculty of Applied Mathematics and Informatics. He is currently Head of the Department of Radio Communications and Video Technologies, Technical University of Sofia, Bulgaria. His current research focuses on digital signal processing, audio and video communications and programming languages.


Prof. (Dr.) Vijayan Sugumaran

Vijayan Sugumaran is Professor of Management Information Systems and Chair of the Department of Decision and Information Sciences at Oakland University, Rochester, Michigan, USA. His research interests are in the areas of Big Data Management and Analytics, Ontologies and Semantic Web, Intelligent Agent and Multi-Agent Systems, Component Based Software Development, Knowledge-Based Systems, and Data & Information Modeling. He has published over 150 peer-reviewed articles in Journals, Conferences, and Books. He has edited twelve books and serves on the Editorial Boards of eight journals. His most recent publications have appeared in Information systems Research, ACM Transactions on Database Systems, IEEE Transactions on Big Data, IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, IEEE Transactions on Education, Communications of the ACM, Healthcare Management Science, Data and Knowledge Engineering, The DATABASE for Advances in Information Systems, and Information Systems Journal. Dr. Kountcheva has completed her M.Sc. in Computer Science in 1973 from Technical University of Sofia, Bulgaria and Ph.D. in 1977; she joined as a Senior Researcher TIE in 1992. Presently, Dr. Kountcheva is working as the Vice president of TK Engineering, Sofia. Her main scientific interests: Image processing, Image compression and digital watermarking, Image tensor representation, CNCs, Programmable controllers. Her total number of publicationsincludes176 (30 Journal papers, 18 Book chapters). She has delivered plenary speeches at international scientific conferences and scientific events: 15. Also Dr. Kountcheva has handled about 45 scientific research projects (PI and Co-PI). Again, she has filed 5 Patents (2 USA and 3 EU). She has been a member of Bulgarian Association for Pattern Recognition (member of IAPR), member of International Research Institute for Economics and Management (IRIEM), member of Institute of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (IDSAI). She is also an honorary Member of the Honorable Editorial Board of the nonprofit peer reviewed open access IJBST Journal Group.

Ajit Kumar Nayak is the professor and HOD of the Department of Computer Science and Information Technology, Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan Deemed to be University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. He graduated in Electrical Engineering from the Institution of Engineers, India in the year 1994, obtained M. Tech. and Ph. D. degree in Computer Science from Utkal University in 2001 and 2010 respectively. His research interests include Computer Networking, Ad Hoc & Sensor Networks, Machine Learning, Natural Language Computing, Speech and Image Processing etc. He has published about 55 research papers in various journals and conferences. Also co-authored a book ‘Computer Network Simulation using NS2’, CRC Press. He has also participated as an organizing member of several conferences and workshops in International and National level.

Prof. Pramod Kumar Prusty is the Principal at IIMT, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. He has received his Ph.D degree from Utkal University, Vani Vihar on Accounting and Finance based topic. He is the Author of 35 Research Articles and 3 Test Books i.e., Management Accounting, Cost Accounting and also Advanced Cost and Management Accounting which are useful for CA , CMA and MBA Students. He has supervised more than 300 Projects in different Disciplines. Prof. Prusty has Chaired as Key Note Speaker in many Conferences within the Country. During his Professional Career Prof. Prusty has performed his job as a successful Academician and Administrator around 40 years in different Govt., Govt Autonomous Colleges including Ravenshaw and also in different reputed Educational Institutions as Prof. and Dean of Commerce


Prof. Paulo Canas Rodrigues,

Paulo Canas Rodrigues obtained his PhD in Statistics at Universidade Nova de Lisboa (2012), and his Aggregation (Habilitation) in Mathematics, specialization in Statistics and Stochastic Processes, at Universidade de Lisboa (2019). He is currently a professor in the Statistics Department at the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA). He has published more than 70 scientific papers, in collaboration with more than 90 co-authors from 20 countries and has extensive experience in editorial activities. Paulo was Vice-President of the International Association for Business and Industrial Statistics between 2009 and 2013 and was the founder and Chairman of the Latin American Regional Section of the International Association for Statistical Computing between 2017 and 2019. Among other activities, he is currently the President of the Brazilian Region of the International Biometric Society, Member of the Representative Council of the International Biometric Society, Principal Investigator of the Statistical Learning Laboratory, Chair of the Special Interest Group on Data Science of the International Statistical Institute, and President-Elect of the International Association for Business and Industrial Statistics.

Dhananjaya Sarangi has received his MCA degree from NIT , Rourkela in 1989. He is having 30 years of rich experience as Head of IT in various reputed MNCs both in India & abroad. Professor Sarangi was Head of IT of Hindalco Industries, a Aditya Birla Group company located at Hirakud , Odisha for both its Smelter & Power plant and then relocated to Malaysia as Head of IT for its Palm Oil Edible Oil and Oleo Chemical division. Subsequently professor Sarangi moved to Singapore as Head of Business Information System of Palm Oil Business of RGE Pte Ltd Singapore. Professor Sarangi has vast experience mainly focused on IT Strategy, IT Project Management, IT Planning & Governance, IT Infrastructure Management, Business Transformation, Change Management, People Management, IT Policy & Security, Vendor Management, ERP implementation etc.. He has undergone various training& seminars from reputed institute like NTU-Singapore, IIM-Kolkata, NITIE-Mumbai, Human Synergistic International- Bangalore, Nityo Infotech-Singapore.Currently Professor Sarangi is continuing his PhD from Birla Global University (BGU), Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Shri Subrat Kumar Prusty,

He has more than 30 years of experience in various capacities as a lecturer in College of Engineering and technology, as a consultant in Price Waterhouse Coopers, to senior positions in BSNL, Department of telecom and Telecom Regulatory authority of India. Presently he is serving as Director (Technology) in Department of Telecom. As Director (Technology) he was instrumental in conducting Digital Communication Innovation Promotion meet among academia, startups, and other stakeholders. He has started Digital communication Innovation award from DOT Odisha side. He was a keynote speaker in many of seminars and Conferences. Before this he was Director (Skill Development and Entrepreneurship) in DOT HQ Newdelhi. He advocated high-tech skill development in Indian Languages and pushed for Engineering education in Indian languages in different committee. He has started Deendayal Upadhyay telecom skill excellence award. Prior to this he was Director (International Cooperation) in DOT HQ Newdelhi. He has led the Indian delegation to ITU telecom world Budapest in the year 2015. He was also a government nominee director in the board of IIMA IDEA Telcom Centre of Excellence. He was instrumental in supporting to make the India’s standard development organisation telecom standard development society of India. Before this assignment he was Joint Advisor (Information Technology and Technology Development) in Telecom Regulatory Authority of India and was one of the team member in the national broadband plan formulation. He was instrumental in successful roll out of first mobile services of BSNL in East Zone as the in charge of Kolkata nodal centre in the year 2001. He was a validation team member of the Mobile system. He has served as DGM(Mobile) in both East Zone headquarter Kolkata and also in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. In addition to his involvement in various telecom development works as DGM in BSNL, he had taken initiatives on “ICT for the benefit of common man” and in 2009 and 2010, it was also acknowledged by ITU.

Mrs. Soma Mitra brings a wealth of expertise to her role as Assistant Professor in Human Resource and Communication at IIMT, Bhubaneswar. With a career spanning Communicative English, Soft Skills, and Life Skills, Mrs. Mitra's professional journey is marked by significant contributions. As the Associate Dean of Corporate Relations at the Sponsored Research & Industrial Consultancy (SRIC) Cell of IIMT, she plays an important role in providing outreach research publications, particularly in STEM fields Her academic interests and contributions are extensive, particularly in the field of Behavioral Science.
