Dr. Niladri Sekhar Dash is Professor & Head, Linguistic Research Unit, Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata (Institute of National Importance, Govt. of India). For the last 27 years, he is working in Corpus Linguistics, Language Technology, Language Documentation & Digitization, Lexicography, Computer Assisted Language Teaching, Digital Humanities, & Translation. He has published 17 books and 261 research papers in peer-reviewed international & national journals, anthologies, and conference proceedings. He is a Visiting Fellow of the British Academy, UK (2018), Visting Research Fellow of PCLS, CeLM, University of Reading, UK (2018-2021), and Visiting Fellow of the Language & Brain Lab, University of Oxford, UK (2019). As an invited speaker, he has delivered talks at more than 40 Universities and institutes in India and abroad. He acts as a Consultant for several multinational organizations working on corpora, Language Technology, and Lexicography. He is the PI 18 projects funded by various agencies. He is Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Advanced Linguistic Studies – a blind peer-reviewed international journal of linguistics. and Editorial Board Member of several international journals.

Prof. Zhengtao Yu, Ph.D., is the dean of the Faculty of Information Engineering and Automation, the director of the Provincial Key Lab of Intelligent Information Processing, and the Chief Professor of KUST innovation team of Intelligent Information Processing.
He is graduated from Beijing Institute of Technology with Ph.D. on Computer Application Technologies in 2005. He visited Purdue University as a visiting scholar in 2009. He has over 100 publications in international journals and conferences, holds numerous patents and copyrights. He had won numerous awards including the first prize and the third prize of Yunnan Province Science and Technology Progress Award, the second prize of Yunnan Province Natural Science Award.
Prof. Yu is specialized in Natural Language Processing, Information Retrieval, and Information Extraction. His research interests include: Chinese corpus and Southeast Asia minority languages corpus construction, linguistic information processing, question-answering system, cross-language information retrieval, multi-lingual machine translation, cross-language public opinion analysis.

Ajit Kumar Nayak is the professor and HOD of the Department of Computer Science and Information Technology, Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan Deemed to be University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. He graduated in Electrical Engineering from the Institution of Engineers, India in the year 1994, obtained M. Tech. and Ph. D. degree in Computer Science from Utkal University in 2001 and 2010 respectively. Prof. Tao Shen is the Dean of the College of Information Engineering and Automation, Kunming University of Science and Technology. He received his Master and Ph.D. degree from Illinois Institute of Technology in USA and Bachelor’s degree from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. He has conducted and participated in over 20 research projects, including projects supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Key Project of Applied Basic Research Programs of Yunnan Province. He has published more than 80 papers indexed by SCI/EI, 2 monographs and received 20 national patents. His main research fields including edge computing, artificial intelligent, 5G/6G and industrial internet.

He has 4 years of research experience in leading NLP tasks in EU H2020 and InnoSuisse projects with publications in top-tier conferences and journals. Shantipriya has more than 80 publications. He is part of the program committee/organizer for many top-tier NLP conferences and workshops.
