Prof. Janusz Kacprzyk

Professor Janusz Kacprzyk is a distinguished Polish engineer and mathematician, renowned for his contributions to computational and artificial intelligence, particularly in fuzzy logic, decision making under uncertainty, and data analysis. He serves as a professor at the Systems Research Institute of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Warsaw. Throughout his career, Professor Kacprzyk has authored over 680 publications, including approximately 150 papers in journals with impact factors, and has edited or co-edited around 175 volumes. His work has garnered significant recognition, with over 36,000 citations and an h-index of 81 on Google Scholar. He is a fellow of several professional societies, including IEEE, IET, IFSA, EurAI, IFIP, AAIA, and SMIA, and has received numerous awards, such as the IEEE Pioneer Award in Fuzzy Systems and the IFSA Award. Professor Kacprzyk's extensive contributions have significantly advanced the fields of computational intelligence and fuzzy systems.


Prof. Florin Popenţiu Vlădicescu

University “Politehnica” in Bucharest, Romanian

Professor Florin Popentiue Vlădicescu, was born on 17 September 1950, graduated in Electronicsand Telecommunications from University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest in 1974, holds a PhD in Reliability since 1981. He has been appointed Director of the “UNESCO Chair in Information Technologies Department” at University of Oradea. Also, he is Professor to University “Politehnica” of Bucharest, Faculty of Automatic Control and Computer Science. Professor Florin Popentiue Vlădicescu is the founder of the first “UNESCO Chair of Information Engineering” , in UK, established at City University London, in 1998. He published over 150 papers in international journals and conference proceedings. Also he is author of one book co-author of 4 books. He has worked for many years on problems associated with software reliability and has been Co-Director of two NATO Research Projects. Also he is on the advisory board of several international journals, including “Reliability and Risk Analysis: Theory & Applications” and is a reviewer to “ACM Computing Reviews. He is currently Associated Editorto the International Journal of Information and Communication Technology (IJICT) – Inderscience Publishers. Prof. Dr. Kazumi Nakamatsu

University of Hyogo, Kobe, Japan

Prof. Dr. Kazumi Nakamatsu received the Ms. Eng. and Dr. Sci. from Shizuoka University and Kyushu University, Japan, respectively. He is a full Professor at School of Human Science and Environment, University of Hyogo, Japan. His research interests encompass intelligent systems and their applications. He has developed some paraconsistent annotated logic programs called ALPSN (Annotated Logic Program with Strong Negation), VALPSN (Vector ALPSN), EVALPSN (Extended VALPSN) and bf-EVALPSN (before-after EVALPSN) recently, and applied them to various intelligent systems such as a safety verification-based railway interlocking control system and process order control. He is an author of over 150 papers and 20 book chapters, and 10 edited books published by prominent publishers. Kazumi Nakamatsu has chaired various international conferences, workshops and invited sessions, and he has been a member of numerous international program committees of workshops and conferences. He serves as Founding Editor of the International Journal of Reasoning-based Intelligent Systems and editorial board member of many international journals. He has contributed numerous invited lectures at international workshops, conferences, and academic organizations. He also is a recipient of many conference paper awards.


Prof. (Dr.) Rutuparna Panda

Dean Research, I.I.M.T, Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Dr. Rutuparna Panda (Member IEEE, Fellow IETE) received his B.Sc. Engg. and M.Sc. Engg. in Electronics & Telecommunication from UCE Burla in 1985 and 1988, and Ph.D. from IIT Kharagpur in 1998. A former Professor at VSSUT Burla, he has held key positions including HOD (ECE & CSE), Dean (Academic Affairs, SRIC, and CEP). He has supervised 38 M.Tech. and 10 Ph.D. theses, and published over 200 research papers. With 4000+ citations, an h-index of 35, and i10-index of 70, he co-authored two books and eight book chapters. Currently, he serves as Associate Editor of Engineering Applications of Artificial Intelligence (EAAI). Dr. Panda has received multiple awards for research excellence and is a reviewer for reputed journals such as IEEE Transactions and Elsevier. His research interests include Digital Signal/Image Processing, Bioinformatics, Biomedical Engineering, VLSI, Soft Computing, and AI.


Prof. (Dr.) Jayadev Kar

Director, I.I.M.T., Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.

Prof. Jayadev Kar holds a B.Sc. Engg. (Hons.) in Electronics & Telecommunication from UCE Burla (now VSSUT) and an M.Tech in Computer Science (Image Processing) along with a Ph.D. from Utkal University. With over 37 years of experience in academics, administration, and curriculum development, he has served as Professor, Dean, and Technical Head at leading institutions, including Pathani Samanta Planetarium. He has guided many Ph.D. scholars and co-authored nine books in vocational education. Prof. Kar is passionate about student-centred curriculum design and currently serves as Director of Interscience Institute of Management & Technology.


Prof. (Dr.) Kabiraj Sethi

I.I.M.T., Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India

Dr. K. Sethi received his Ph.D. from Sambalpur University, Burla, Odisha, in 2014. He holds an M.E. degree in Communication System Engineering from BPUT, Rourkela (2005) and a B.Sc. (Engg) in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Sambalpur University, Burla (1983). He is currently serving as an Associate Professor in the Department of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering at Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology (VSSUT), Burla, Odisha. Prior to his academic career, he gained over 13 years of experience in the public sector. His research interests span VLSI Signal Processing, Analog and Mixed Signal Design, and Approximate Computing. Dr. Sethi has published more than 25 research papers in reputed national and international journals and conferences. He has successfully guided over 30 M.Tech students and is currently supervising 3 Ph.D. scholars. He is also a life member of the Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE).


Prof. Anil Kumar Bandrana

Prof. Anil Kumar is a distinguished Professor of Operations, Supply Chain, and Business Analytics at the Guildhall School of Business, London Metropolitan University (LMU), UK. With over fifteen years of rich experience in academia and research, he brings deep expertise and insight to his field. Before joining LMU, he served as a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow in Decision Sciences at the Centre for Supply Chain Improvement, University of Derby, UK. Prof. Kumar holds a Ph.D. in Management Science from ABV-Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management, Gwalior, along with Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Mathematics from Kurukshetra University, India. He also holds an MBA and successfully qualified the National Eligibility Test (NET) in 2011.
Prof. Kumar’s remarkable research achievements have earned him international acclaim, including recognition among the Top 1% of researchers globally by Web of Science (2024) and the Top 2% by Stanford University-Elsevier (2022–2024). He contributes actively to the scholarly community as a Section Editor for Heliyon - Information Science (Elsevier), a prestigious SCIE/SSCI and Scopus-indexed journal.


Dr. Bishwa Ranjan Das

Dr. Bishwa Ranjan Das has completed MSc (Mathematics) and PGDCA from Sambalpur University in the year 1995-1997 and 1998 respectively. He has also completed MCA from IGNOU New Delhi in 2009 and subsequently ME (CSE) from Utkal University in 2012. He has been awarded with Ph.D. in Computer Science and IT from Maharaja Sriram Chandra Bhanja Deo University, Baripada, Odisha, India in 2024. He has more than 24 years of teaching experience with major subjects in Computer Science and Engineering. His research areas are Natural Language Processing and Computational Linguistics, Machine Translation, Information Retrieval and Sentiment Analysis using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. He has published more than fifty research papers, apart from book chapters in various reputed international and national conferences and journals including Scopus, Elsevier, IEEE, ScienceDirect and Google Scholar, and He has attended more than fifty seminars, workshops, FDPs, symposiums, and short-term courses in both online and offline mode at various reputed institutes, colleges, and universities like IIT, NIT, ISI and Central University.

Mr. Hemanta Kumar Mohanta is working as Assistant Professor in department of MCA. Prof. (Dr.) Promod Kumar Pursty

Prof. Pramod Kumar Prusty is the Dean of IIMT, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. A seasoned academician and administrator with over 40 years of experience, he has served as Head of the Department at Ravenshaw University, Cuttack, and held senior roles in reputed government and autonomous institutions.He earned his Ph.D. in Accounting and Finance from Utkal University, Vani Vihar, and has successfully guided five Ph.D. scholars. A prolific author, Prof. Prusty has published 35 research articles and authored three widely acclaimed textbooks—Management Accounting, Cost Accounting, and Advanced Cost and Management Accounting—catering to CA, CMA, and MBA students.He has supervised over 300 academic projects across various disciplines and has frequently served as a keynote speaker at national conferences. Prof. Prusty is widely respected for his academic rigor, leadership, and lasting contributions to the field of commerce education.
