Dr. Sunil Luthra

Dr. Sunil Luthra is a distinguished academic leader and researcher currently serving as the Director at the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. He previously held the position of Director-Principal at Ch. Ranbir Singh State Institute of Engineering & Technology, Jhajjar, Haryana. He is also associated internationally as a Visiting Professor at the Centre for Supply Chain Improvement, University of Derby, UK, and as an Honorary Research Fellow at the Bradford School of Management, University of Bradford, UK. Dr. Luthra’s prolific academic contributions include over 300 research publications in reputed international journals and conference proceedings. His research has garnered more than 23,000 citations and an H-index of 82 on Google Scholar, reflecting his significant influence in the fields of supply chain management, sustainable development, and operations research. Beyond his research and academic roles, Dr. Luthra is widely recognized for his leadership in advancing technical education, promoting innovation, and fostering international academic collaborations.
Prof. Anil Kumar Bandrana

Prof. Anil Kumar is a Professor of Operations, Supply Chain, and Business Analytics at the Guildhall School of Business, London Metropolitan University (LMU), UK. With over fifteen years of experience in teaching and research, he brings a wealth of expertise to his role. Prior to joining LMU, Prof. Kumar served as a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow in Decision Sciences at the Centre for Supply Chain Improvement, University of Derby, UK. He holds a Ph.D. in Management Science from the ABV-Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management, Gwalior, India, as well as Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Mathematics from Kurukshetra University, India. Additionally, he completed an MBA and qualified for the National Eligibility Test (NET) in June 2011. Prof. Kumar's outstanding contributions to research have earned him international recognition, including being ranked in the Top 1% of researchers worldwide by Web of Science in 2024, and in the Top 2% by Stanford University-Elsevier in 2024, 2023, and 2022. He also serves as a Section Editor for Heliyon-Information Science (Elsevier), a journal indexed in SCIE/SSCI and Scopus.
