Proceeding: All papers, both invited and contributed, will be subjected to double-blind review by at least two experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process and detailed presentation at the conference, all accepted papers will be published in the Studies in Big Data book series, which is indexed in EI Compendex, SCImago, and SCOPUS.
