AICTE Sponsored Staff Development Programme

PROGRAMME OBJECTIVE

The fundamental objective of this programme is to provide an in depth understanding of modern pedagogical tools and research methods necessary for the young management teachers in the AICTE recognized institutions. The programme also provides an intensive training for the participants to enhance their academic and/or research skills. The programme aims to provide training in case study based teaching and provides deeper understanding of research issues in the growing field of Management & IT education.This programme is meant for young IT and Management teachers who have opted for a career as academics. Faculty from AICTE approved institutions having less than/up to 10 years of experience is eligible for this programme.
