Prof. Srikanta Patnaik is the Founder Director & Chairman of I.I.M.T., Bhubaneswar. Presently, he is the Adjunct Professor of UNESCO CHAIR on “Economic Sytems & Human Rights” at National University of La Plata, Argentina. He is also the Guest Professor to Hunan University of Finance and Economics, Changsha and Kunming University of Science and Technology, Kunming, China.
Prof. Srikanta Patnaik has received his Bachelor in Engineering from University College of Engineering, Burla (presently VSSUT, Burla) in 1989, MBA from Sambalpur University in 1991 and Ph. D. (Engineering) from Jadavpur University, India in 1999. He has served at University College of Engineering, Burla and Fakir Mohan University and SOA University for more than 30 years.
Dr. Patnaik has published more than 100 research papers in international journals and conference proceedings. He has authored and edited more than 100 books published from leading international publisher like IEEE, Elsevier, Springer-Verlag, Kluwer Academic, IOS Press and SPIE. He has supervised more than 30 Ph. D. Theses and 100 Master theses in the area of Computational Intelligence, Machine Learning, Soft Computing Applications and Re-Engineering. His students are now serving in senior position at many international organizations, like Amazon, Google, Microsoft, TCS, Infosys Tech Mahindra etc.
Dr. Patnaik is Editors-in-Chief of International Journal of Information and Communication Technology and International Journal of Computational Vision and Robotics published from Inderscience Publishing House, England and Editor of Journal of Information and Communication Convegence Engineering, which are Scopus Indexed Journals. He is also Associate Editor of Cureus Jpurnal of Business & Economics published by Spriger. He is also Editors-in-Chief of Book Series on “Modeling and Optimization in Science and Technology” published from Springer, Germany and Advances in Computer and Electrical Engineering (ACEE) and Advances in Medical Technologies and Clinical Practice (AMTCP), published by IGI Global, USA.
Prof. Patnaik is awarded with MHRD Fellowship by the Government of India, for the year 1996. He is nominated for MARQUIS Who’s Who for the year 2004 and nominated as International Educator of the Year 2005 by International Biographical Centre, Great Britain. He has been awarded with the best paper Award by The Institute of Engineers (India) for the year 2004-05.
He is a member of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (IEEE) and Association for Computing Machinery (ACM). He is also Fellow of IETE, Life Member of ISTE, IEI and CSI. Dr. Patnaik has visited various countries such as Japan, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia, Iran, Malaysia, Philippines, South Korea, United Arab Emirates, Morocco, Algeria, Thailand and Vietnam for delivering Key note addresses at various conferences and symposiums.

Prof. (Dr.) Himansu Sekhar Moharana , Principal & Director (R&D) , IIMT Bhubaneswar.

Prof. (Dr.) Himanshu Sekhar Moharana is currently working as Principal in Interscience Institute of Management and Technology, Bhubaneswar. Prior to this he had worked in the capacity of a Professor in Mechanical Engineering and Dean Academics in HIT, Khurda, Dean Research in DRIEMS, Cuttack and GIFT, Bhubaneswar. He passed his Master of Engineering.(Hons) from NITTTR, Chandigarh (Now NITTTR University) under Thapar University, Patiala and Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Utkal University working, Bhubaneswar. He passed his LLB and LLM in Labour laws from MS Law College (Now MS Law University) Cuttack, Odisha and MBA in Operations Management from IGNOU, New Delhi. He has 33 years of longstanding experience in Industry and Academia inclusive of 18 years of Research and Consultancy. He has guided many M.Tech and a Ph.D.scholar. He is a trainer of MSME, Govt. of India and deliver talks on specialized training programmes of Materials and Production Management by the said Organisation. He worked as a Committee Member of OSC, IE (I), Bhubaneswar for session 2010-2012. He has published many papers in International/ National Journals of repute, many of them are Scopus/ SCI indexed and presented many Research papers in National/ International Seminars/Conferences as Keynote speaker and organized a numerous FDPs. He is an eloquent speaker in the domain of Additive Manufacturing, Rapid Prototyping, Supply Chain Management etc. During his career, he has been awarded with 12 (twelve) number of State Awards for his contribution in the field of research in Engineering and Technology. He is a Fellow Member of the Institution of Engineers (India), Member of Indian Institution of Industrial Engineering, a Senior Member of 4M Society of India & Life Member of Indian Society for Technical Education.

Ms. Soma Mitra, Associate Dean (Corporate Relation)

Ms. Soma Mitra has completed her Masters in Business Administration (HR & F) and M.A (English) from Utkal University, Odisha. She has a rich experience of 7 years in Communicative English, Soft Skills and Life Skills. She is the former Employee at Wipro, Kolkata and Former Trainer at Central Tool Room and Training Center, Bhubaneswar as a Soft Skill Coach and Communicative English Faculty. She has portrayed a sound proficiency in Management and English along with leadership abilities. She has passionate interest in the field of Communicative English, Soft Skills and Human Resource Development. She has actively sought career and professional enhancement courses in keeping with current environment needs. She has the tenacity to patiently work through an area of operation, for achieving prudential results. Currently she is pursuing Ph.D. in Behavioral Science- OB & HRM

Mr. Alok Arun, Professor-in-Charge (Training & Placement)

Mr. Alok Arun has completed Integrated MBA from Ravenshaw University, Cuttack Odisha in 2019 with specialization in Finance & Financial Markets. He has achieved Level 5 certification from National Stock Exchange (NSE) as “NSE Academy Certified Market Professional (NCMP)” and “NSE Academy Certified Investment Analyst Pro Certification”. He has also several certifications from National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) such as “NISM-Series- VII: Securities operations and Risk Management” and “NISM-Series- X-B: Investment Advisor Module”. He has done certificate course in ‘Use of Python in Finance” and “Tally”. Currently he is pursuing Ph.D. in Finance

1. He held senior positions in Fortune 500 companies in the USA and UK for 18 years, demonstrating his expertise and leadership abilities.
2. He is a member of the National Scholastic Honorary Society Beta-Gamma-Sigma in the USA, reflecting his academic excellence and recognition.
3. He has made significant contributions in Logistics Management Processes, Business Intelligence, and Optimization strategies for Fortune 100 Health Care, Manufacturing, and Logistics Companies, showcasing his expertise in these areas.
4. He has been involved in the development of effective IT systems architecture for companies such as AT&T, United Health, ICICI InfoTech, and Fujitsu, illustrating his skills in designing robust and efficient technology solutions.
5. Holistic grooming of students and nurturing research and innovations at an early stage of life, indicating his commitment to fostering a well-rounded educational experience and promoting innovation.
