Dr. Jayadev Kar is a distinguished academician and administrator with a robust background in human resource development, management, and multidisciplinary education. With an MBA in Personnel and Marketing from Utkal University and a Ph.D. in Human Resource Development with specialization in MIS & HR, Dr. Kar has over three decades of influential experience in academia, leadership, and institutional development. His extensive contributions span across student-centric curriculum design, research, and administrative innovation. Formerly a Professor and Dean at the Regional College of Management, Bhubaneswar, and Technical Head at Pathani Samanta Planetarium, he has guided numerous Ph.D. theses and authored multiple books in vocational education. Currently serving as Director at Interscience Institute of Management & Technology, Bhubaneswar, Dr. Kar continues to drive academic excellence and institutional progress through outreach, scholarship, and strategic academic leadership.

Dr. Kabiraj Sethi received his Ph.D. in Engg from Sambalpur University, Burla, Odisha, in 2014. He received his M.E. degree in Communication System Engineering from BPUT, Rourkela and B.Sc. (Engg) degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Sambalpur University, Burla, Odisha in 2005 and 1987 respectively. He is former Associate Professor in the Department of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering (ETCE) at Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology (VSSUT), Burla, Odisha. He has worked as Controller of Examinations (COE) of VSSUT and Head of ETCE Department. Prior to his academic career, he gained over more than 13 years of experience in the Industry (Public Sector). Dr. Sethi has published more than 25 research papers in reputed national and international journals and conferences. He has successfully guided over 30 M.Tech theses and 3 Ph.D theses. His area of research is Digital VLSI Design, Analog and Mixed Signal Design, VLSI Signal Processing, and Approximate Computing. He is also a life member of the Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE).

Prof. Pramod Kumar Prusty is the Dean of IIMT, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. He was the former HOD in Revenshaw University , Cuttack ,Odisha .He has received his PhD degree from Utkal University, Vani Vihar on Accounting and Finance based topic. He has supervised five PhD Scholars. He is the Author of 35 Research Articles and 3 Test Books i.e., Management Accounting, Cost Accounting and also Advanced Cost and Management Accounting which are useful for CA , CMA and MBA Students. He has supervised more than 300 Projects in different Disciplines. Prof. Prusty has Chaired as Key Note Speaker in many Conferences within the Country. During his Professional Career Prof. Prusty has performed his job as a successful Academician and Administrator around 40 years in different Government Autonomous Colleges including Ravenshaw College and also in different reputed Educational Institutions as Professor and Dean of Commerce.

Mrs. Soma Mitra is a Registrar cum Assistant Professor in Human Resource and Communication at IIMT, Bhubaneswar, with a rich background in HR and finance, holding an MBA and an M.A. in English from Utkal University, Odisha. Her career spans significant contributions in Communicative English, Soft Skills, and Life Skills. As the Associate Dean of Corporate Relations at IIMT's SRIC Cell, she plays a crucial role in outreach research publications, especially in STEM fields. Mrs. Mitra has made notable contributions to Behavioral Science and topics such as IoT in recruitment, RWA management, urban rail infrastructure, and HR analytics. As an Associate Professor in the Department of Business Administration, he combines his diverse academic background—holding advanced degrees in mathematics (M.Sc., Ph.D.), law (LL.B), and finance (MBA)—to offer a multidimensional approach to financial studies. His research contributions include six publications in international journals, showcasing his dedication to academic scholarship. In addition, Dr. Sahu has successfully undertaken a research and development project, further solidifying his commitment to advancing financial knowledge. Based in Bhubaneswar, he remains actively involved in academia, fostering growth through mentorship, scholarly publications, and institutional development.

Mr. Alok Arun

Mr. Alok Arun has completed Integrated MBA from Ravenshaw University, Cuttack Odisha in 2019 with specialization in Finance & Financial Markets. She has a wealth of experience in the banking industry, having worked for around 4 years with Axis Bank Ltd. and Suryoday Small Finance Bank Ltd. In the course of her work, she has obtained the "NISM-V-A Series" and "IRDA" certifications. She is a firm believer in the importance of constant learning and upgrading of skills. Mr. Pradeep Kumar Baxla

Pradeep has graduated with honors in English from Loyola College, Chennai and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIMT, Bhubaneswar. He was awarded for Best Oratory, Debating and Creative writing by IIMT. After qualifying UGC-NET, he joined IIMT in 2019, as an Assistant Professor in Marketing. Prof. Bibhu Prasad Routray

Professor of Practice, Department of Civil Engineering

Prof. Bibhu Prasad Routray has completed his B.Tech in Civil Engineering in 1986 and M.Tech. in Hydraulic & Irrigation Engineering in during 1992 from VSSUT, Burla (formerly known as UCE, Burla). He has served the Department of Soil Conservation as Assistant Engineer during up to 1991, then subsequently served the Department Housing and Urban Development, Govt. of Odisha in different capacity up to 2021. After superannuation, he worked as the state consultant in Voltas Ltd (a TATA venture) till September 2024 and subsequently worked as the consultant with “Autograph Ventures LLP” since October 2024.
He is now continuing as Professor of Practice at IIMT, Bhubaneswar.

Dr. Sarada Baboo,

Dr. (Mrs.) Sarada Baboo is a Reader (Associate Professor) in the Department of Computer Science and Applications at Sambalpur University, located in Odisha, India. She is having an MCA degree from 1983 to 1986 from NIT, Rourkela and a PhD degree in the year 2008 from Sambalpur University. Her area of specialization includes Software Engineering and the Applications of IT in Business Process Reengineering (BPR). Dr. Baboo has over 26 years of teaching experience and has contributed to both academic and research fields, particularly focusing on Software Engineering methodologies and IT applications in Management Information Systems. She has been involved in various research projects and publications in international and national journals and conferences, contributing significantly to her field. She is a life member of the Orissa Mathematical Society and has served on various academic boards and committees at her university. Prior to joining the university, she was serving as a Scientific Officer/Engineer, Grade-SB (DIO) at the National Informatics Centre (NIC), Sambalpur under Govt. of India Planning Commission for four years. He has made significant contributions in Logistics Management Processes, Business Intelligence, and Optimization strategies for Fortune 100 Health Care, Manufacturing, and Logistics Companies. He has also been involved in the development of effective IT systems architecture for companies such as AT&T, United Health, ICICI Infotech, and Fujitsu. Saurabh Sudhir

After graduating in Mechanical Engineering from MNIT Jaipur in 2006, he joined Hero Motors.He worked at their green field project at Haridwar where he was responsible right from commissioning of machines to recruitmentfor his unit. During his employment with Hero Motors, he completed Management Development Programme (MDP) from IIM, Ahmedabad in 2007. After a brief stint with a startup of Bhopal in 2008, he didMBA from the University of Adelaide in 2010.
