Mrs. Lipsa Tanaya Mishra is an accomplished academician with more than 18 years of teaching experience in Engineering and Technical Education. She holds an M.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering from the National Institute of Science & Technology and an MBA (HR & Operations) from BPUT, Odisha. She has extensive experience in teaching, student mentoring, academic administration, examination management, curriculum delivery, and laboratory development.

Her areas of expertise include Programming in C & C++, Data Structures, Database Management Systems (DBMS), Software Engineering, Object-Oriented Programming, Compiler Design, Artificial Intelligence, Python, Data Visualization, Power BI, Tableau, and Generative AI. She is committed to outcome-based education, research-oriented learning, and enhancing students' technical and professional competencies.

At IIMT Bhubaneswar, she is actively involved in teaching undergraduate engineering courses, mentoring students, curriculum implementation, and departmental academic activities. She joined the Institute as Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering on 31st July 2026.

Dr. Ashok Mahapatra is an accomplished leader who has held senior positions in Fortune 500 companies in the USA and UK for 18 years. He holds an MBA from Rutgers University and a B.Tech from NIT Rourkela in Computer Science. He is a member of the National Scholastic Honorary Society Beta-Gamma-Sigma of the USA. He has made significant contributions in Logistics Management Processes, Business Intelligence, and Optimization strategies for Fortune 100 Health Care, Manufacturing, and Logistics Companies. He has also been involved in the development of effective IT systems architecture for companies such as AT&T, United Health, ICICI Infotech, and Fujitsu. In the field of education and research, he believes in holistic grooming of students and nurturing research and innovations at an early stage of life.

Mr. Dillip Kumar Behera is an accomplished academician and IT professional with expertise in Computer Science and Information Technology. He holds an M.Tech from Gandhi Institute for Technology (GIFT), Bhubaneswar, an MCA from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), and a BCA from Sambalpur University. He has also completed a PG Diploma in Advanced Computing (CDAC), Bangalore. He qualified the UGC-NET in Computer Science in 2018, making him eligible for the post of Assistant Professor.
Mr. Behera possesses strong technical knowledge in Core Java, C, C++, C#.NET, PL/SQL, HTML, CSS, Linux, Software Engineering, and Computer Fundamentals. He has industry experience as a Junior Software Developer with Elink Technology Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai. Mrs. Madhusmita Pati

Mrs. Madhusmita Pati is a dedicated academician in the field of Computer Science with expertise in programming, database management, software engineering, and emerging technologies. She holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from Gandhi Institute for Education and Technology (GIET), BaniaTangi, Khordha, and a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Gayatri Degree College, Keonjhar under North Odisha University.
Prior to joining IIMT, she served as an Assistant Professor in the MCA Department at GIET, BaniaTangi. She has actively participated in academic and professional development activities, including delivering resource lectures on digital teaching and learning methodologies. Her technical competencies include C, C++, Java, DBMS, Operating Systems, Data Structures, and Software Engineering. She has also earned NPTEL certifications in Cloud Computing, Internet of Things (IoT), and Management Information Systems.

Er. Radha Mohan Rout

Er. Radha Mohan Rout is a seasoned Electrical Engineering professional with over 35 years of experience in Power Systems, Energy Management, Renewable Energy, Power Trading, and Utility Operations. He retired as Director (Utilities), Military Engineer Services (MES), Ministry of Defence, Government of India, after a distinguished career in planning, execution, and management of major electrical infrastructure projects across the country. He holds a B.E. in Electrical Engineering from UCE Burla (VSSUT), M.Tech. in Power Systems Engineering from IIT Kharagpur, and M.Sc. in Defence & Strategic Studies from the University of Madras. A BEE Accredited Energy Manager, he has extensive expertise in power procurement, regulatory compliance, energy auditing, and renewable energy integration.
As a Professor of Practice in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering, he brings valuable industry insights, leadership experience, and practical knowledge to enrich engineering education and bridge the gap between academia and industry.
