Prof. Bibhu Prasad Routray has completed his B.Tech in Civil Engineering in 1986 and M.Tech. in Hydraulic & Irrigation Engineering in during 1992 from VSSUT, Burla (formerly known as UCE, Burla). He has served the Department of Soil Conservation as Assistant Engineer during up to 1991, then subsequently served the Department Housing and Urban Development, Govt. of Odisha in different capacity up to 2021. After superannuation, he worked as the state consultant in Voltas Ltd (a TATA venture) till September 2024 and subsequently worked as the consultant with “Autograph Ventures LLP” since October 2024. He is now continuing as Professor of Practice at IIMT, Bhubaneswar.

Prof. Manas Ranjan Mohanty is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering with over 10 years of teaching and industry experience. He holds a B.E. in Civil Engineering and an M.Tech, with a specialization in Construction Management and Engineering. Mr. Mohanty has undertaken two R&D projects in his area of expertise and actively contributes to academic development through participation in various summer and winter schools. His dedication to research and education makes him a valuable member of the department.

Mr. Satya Narayan Mohanty joined Interscience Institute of Management & Technology (IIMT), Bhubaneswar as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering on 19th July 2026.
He obtained his B.Tech in Civil Engineering (2019) and M.Tech in Structural Engineering (2021) from Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT), Odisha. He possesses more than three years of teaching experience at the undergraduate level and one year of industrial experience in the construction sector. His academic interests include Engineering Mechanics, Structural Analysis, Building Materials, and interdisciplinary engineering applications.
Mr. Mohanty is committed to imparting quality technical education and fostering analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and professional ethics among students. He believes in creating an engaging and student-centric learning environment that bridges theoretical concepts with practical applications.
